Our listing on Kurtz Road was the biggest sale of Daan’s career and he’ll tell you, it only took 15 years to do it! From a staging and marketing perspective, this project pushed us creatively to present a luxurious, modern property in a warm, soulful way. The sale required patience, a lot of open houses (thank you, Shane!) and a seasoned bedside manner. Daan and the team navigated each roadblock with expert negotiation skills and professionalism at every turn.
The expectations and the stakes were higher than our typical transaction with this sale but the process is the same. This win proved that we have the people and systems in place to sell in the high end market and that we deserve to be here.
