Maura is the co-founding principal real estate broker of Property Collective and the business manager for the De Raedt Team - consistently ranked among the top teams in Virginia. She and her husband, Daan have helped hundreds of families buy and sell in the Northern Virginia and DC metro area since forming their team in 2012.  Maura develops the strategies and implements the systems that support both the company and team’s operations and philosophy of elevating the experience of buying and selling homes.

Maura has a BA in Finance from James Madison University and prior to real estate, worked in Finance for Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Maura, a Northern Virginia native, met Daan in Belgium while she was studying abroad her junior year of college and they now live in Reston with their two energetic kids, Colette and Wesley. Outside of their real estate sales business, Maura and Daan renovate homes and own a portfolio of residential, commercial, and vacation rental properties. They love spending time at their beach house in Corolla, NC (Hill Cottage) and are making plans to build their forever home on a breathtaking parcel of land they own in Great Falls.
