Originally from Troy, New York, Alicia has closed hundreds of deals during her time as a transaction coordinator and also holds a Virginia real estate salesperson’s license. Alicia moved to Northern Virginia after graduating from the College of Plattsburg with a Political Science degree. She thrived in a customer service position at a busy luxury car dealership before bringing her talents to the De Raedt Team and Property Collective.  In her transaction coordinator role, Alicia supports salespeople and clients while overseeing the many deadlines and details required to successfully take a transaction from contract to closing. Alicia lives in Fairfax and enjoys the active outdoor lifestyle the DC area is known for.
